When we suspected our son had craniosynostosis we didn't know what to do and were extremely uncertain what was in store for us. I did a little bit of research and asking friends and family for a pediatric neurosurgeon. I have a friend who's father suffered severe concussions and was treated by top rated Neurosurgeons in the Princeton area. They Dr. Vogel by name in the North Jersey area.
After our first appointment, Dr Vogel put all our worries to ease. He explained our options, potential issues and risks. He answered all our questions and his answers were direct and clear.
What made it so much better was that Dr. Vogel & his team Susie and Charles are empathetic, kind and caring. You feel welcomed and are treated with the utmost respect.
We decided to have our surgery. From his bedside manner to his awesome staff, they handled the insurance, the hospital and the schedule as well a top notch plastic surgeon to ensure that the healing and reshaping process is without a hitch.
To summarize, Dr. Vogel and his team (Susie & Charles) are wonderful. From day 1 to surgery to aftercare, they treat you with empathy and care. My wife and I are blessed to have found you.”

“I don’t agree with a “the best” label in medicine because every team has their own way of doing things. But when my daughter was suspected to have craniosynostosis I looked for innovation. I didn’t want the guy who does everything this way because that’s how he was taught. I chose dr vogel because I read an article about a boy he helped when all of the other doctors said they couldn’t. And when I went to see him his plan for my daughter proved to be the same. My daughter missed the typical window for surgery but he discussed a modified procedure. She did phenomenal and he is truly a hero in my book. I tell everyone who will listen what an incredible doctor he is and what amazing people he surrounds himself with. My family could not have gotten through this without his surgical skills and the support and hard work of Susie and Charles.
